During the month of October, Daniela Ferreira da Silva was recognized by the Young Researchers Working Group of the Portuguese Association of Communication Sciences (SOPCOM).

On February 11, 2022, the 8th National Meeting for Climate Justice was held in Coimbra, which was attended by the JustFutures Team. It was an extremely interesting day where several activist groups were able to share and reflect on the state of climate action in Portugal.

According to a study by Stanford University (USA) and the Elsevier editorial group, Anabela Carvalho, the PI of this project, is part of the “World’s Top 2% Scientists 2022” list, which includes 200,000 scientists, 763 of whom are researchers in Portugal. More information here.
